As a former counselor, now serving as a high school administrator, I draw on my experiences as a single mother and my background as a NCAA D1 athlete. Having navigated the challenges of juggling academics and athletics firsthand, I recognize the difficulties of meeting necessary prerequisites and academic standards for NCAA D1 competition.
Additionally, understanding the value of time and the demands of coordinating practice, tutoring schedules, and family time, this is one of the reasons why I established Align Athletics. As a parent who grew up in a single-parent household, I empathize with the overwhelming process of preparing for college that many families face. My dedication lies in offering comprehensive support and guidance to student-athletes and their families, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed for success, creating a holistic approach that respects and addresses the needs of the entire family.
